Esco Optics provides custom-designed and manufactured optical components services across a wide range of industries, including the military, colleges and universities, biomedical, analytical, and research and development. 

Capabilities include Manufacturing, Machining, and Coating, all of which are completed by highly-skilled technicians to meet your specific requirements.

Manufacturing                             

Esco can create prototype or production quantity custom optics to fit your requirements. Plano windows and mirrors, spherical, aspherical, and cylindrical lenses, mirrors, prisms, wedges, and filters can all be manufactured, with sizes ranging from 1/8" (3mm) to 16".

Machining

Esco can incorporate precision machined steps, holes, or grooves into any of our stock items or custom optics. Our multi-axis CNC machines allow us to fabricate even the most intricate and demanding shapes. 

Coatings

Esco can coat stock items, custom manufactured items, or customer supplied optics. Our coatings include: Anti-Reflective, Beamsplitter Cubes, Beamsplitter Plates, Dielectric Max Reflectors, and Metallic Reflectors.

Materials

Esco Optics maintains a large inventory of raw materials from major suppliers, in order to accommodate custom orders, offer cost-saving alternative, and expedited deliveries when requested.
