Esco continues to invest in cutting edge technology. Recent additions to are a robotic beveling machine, double-sided polishers and InterOptics Optoflat. Our lens department has multiple CNC lens generators, which allows us to produce a variety of spherical, cylindrical, and aspherical radius work.

Three axis CNC milling machines allow Esco to shape and step windows, while double-sided lapping and polishing machines ensure high commercial or precision quality windows in large quantities.

For extreme precision, the pitch polishing department includes single-sided lappers and polishers multiple Zygo interferometers to ensure our work is accurate and that you are satisfied with the final product.
